We follow the latest scientific evidence to recommend ways you can prevent health problems. From when to get your screening to colonoscopy to bone density testing and many other recommendations check in with your primary care physician annually to stay current. Primary and Preventive Care Q&A
Clinic members receive their annual visit at no extra charge ($3,000 retail value). $ 398 for non-members
Primary and preventive care is individual depending on your age, medical history, and health goals. Generally you can expect:
Physical exam + labs + EKG + health goals for the coming year
Your Doctor will exam you physically. Together you will agree upon which areas need to be examined. You are always in control of who touches you and where. You always have the final say and can refuse any exam. Labs include hormone panel, thyroid, CBC, CMP, vitamin B-12, vitamin D. We can add other labs. Most people will recieve an EKG or electrocardiographic test which gives a readout of the heart's electrical conductive system. What are your health goals? Increase the chances of realizing your goals by verbalizing them here and letting our team hold you accountable.
Vaccinations
We offer flu + Dtap vaccines in house. Other vaccines are prescribed to local pharmacies + we are happy to make recommendations including extended vaccine schedules for children.
Well-woman and well-man exams
Age comes with changes to your physical, reproductive, and sexual health. We offer pelvic exams, breast exams, pap smears, contraception, and referrals for mammograms and bone density. We can help with erectile dysfunction in men and women + prostate concerns for the men.
Sick care
Sore throat, fever, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, you name it - if you have it we can help. Our on site lab gives answers to many issues in minutes including urine drug testing.
Chronic disease management
A chronic disease lasts for more than one year and requires ongoing treatment. Examples include diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), and osteoporosis are just a few examples we can treat. We offer CPL lab draws here in our clinic saving you the visit to one of their draw stations.
